Health Coaches work with people to make lasting behavioral changes and to meet their overall health goals. Together we would discuss healthy lifestyle changes, including diet, sleep, exercise, and stress management that would help you.
For example, if you go to the doctor and during a brief 15 minute appointment find out that you have irritable bowel syndrome you might wonder what to do about this and how to help yourself improve your gastrointestinal symptoms.
Another example could be if you suspect you have endometriosis, you may not know where to begin, what type of doctor to see, and who to have on your medical team.
